職場で年末調整の用紙が配付されました。
今年もあと2ヶ月ちょっととなりましたね。
職場の組合から、
今年は給与改定があり、
賞与を含めて少し増えそうです。
また、年末調整で納めすぎた
所得税と住民税が戻される
12月は少し嬉しい気分になります。
不思議なものです、
所得税と、住民税を納めすぎるということが
発生することです。
あらかじめ昨年度、そして4月、5月の
給与を元に税率を決めているので
このようなことが起こるようです。
それを是正する制度として、
年末調整があります。
ふるさと納税や不動産収入は、
年末調整で修正できず、
年明けからの確定申告で
修正できます。
副業からの300万円未満の収入は
雑所得にするよう
制度改正の話があがりましたが、
結局今まで通りとなったようです。
しっかり帳簿をつけて、領収書などを揃えて
説明ができるようにしておけば良い
ということです。
