12月ももう中旬。
朝の冷え込みが厳しくなりました。
北関東の平野部は，
放射冷却現象の影響で
特に冷え込みが厳しくなっています。
雲があった山間部では
冷え込みが少し和らいでいたそうです。
朝，家を出たとき
まだ氷点下でした。
このあと30分車を運転して
職場に到着です。
太陽も出てきて，
30分もたてば気温が上がるのですが，
職場は盆地の中にあり，
南東に小高い丘があるので，
家を出たときより
気温が下がっています。
空気は乾燥していて
雨や雪は降らないので，
路面が乾いていることが救いです。

The sun came out and the temperature would rise in half an hour.
The temperature was lower than when I left home because my workplace is located in a basin and there is a small hill to the southeast.
