本業は、かなりブラックな職場です。
拘束時間がかなり長い^_^
けれども人間関係は良好なので、
ドロップアウトする人は少ない。
そのその給料もないのかな。
そんな職場の暑気払い。
若かりし頃は、
ゼッタイ参加でした。
今は、家庭の都合で・・・が
かなり認められるようになりました。
30代、40代の子育て世代が多いこと。
更に50代、60代の親の看護世代も
徐々に増えていますね。
2時間の飲み放題付き
会費5000円。
もちろん職場からの
補助なんてありません。
すべて自腹です。
だからこそ職場の仲間と
一生懸命コミュニケーションを取りました。
ぼちぼちのコスパだと思います(^^)
